THE BRIGHT SIDE
If you haven’t been by The Gallery 223 on Broad Street in a while, then stop in.
New works of art are on display in celebration of spring. The Geneva Lakes Art Foundation Gallery 223 on Broad Street is hanging a spring exhibit, featuring over a hundred beautiful pieces of art. A variety of diverse artwork from original oils, watercolor, jewelry, glasswork, photographs, prints, and so much more, are on display to view and purchase.
Now through April 3rd, the public can stop in and enjoy the art, or go online at genevalakeartsfoundation.org for a virtual tour of the pieces and purchase directly from the artists. Over a hundred artists from all over the country have become members and are thrilled to share their work at the gallery. Flowers for Ukraine is another of the special things the Geneva Lake Art Foundation has put together. In honor of the Ukrainian people, a special window exhibit featuring sunflowers can be viewed Friday through Monday, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. These works of art will be donated to the Catholic Relief Services which, with other agencies in and near Ukraine, is helping provide support in several different capacities to the people of Ukraine. The art and window exhibit will continue through April 3rd, so there is still time to show your support.
