This is a friendly reminder that the “Hilmoor Community Engagements” sessions start this weekend.For anyone who has thoughts on the property and would like to share this is your opportunity. Sunday January 15th from 2 p.m. through 2:30 p.m. and or Tuesday January 17th 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. There has been a lot of talk regarding the Hilmoor Property even before the city’s purchase of it and a lot of great ideas and big dreams of what people would like to see happen. The talk about goats and parking lots is the most recent discussion and not everyone is on board. Both engagement sessions should be interesting and if they are like any other meeting this iconic property is very well attended. Not sure the time listed above will be enough, but it will be interesting for sure. Both meetings on Sunday the 15th and Tuesday the 17th will be held at City Hall on the 2nd floor police training room. If you are unable to make it, you can email; mayor@cityoflakegeneva.com.
