The Farmer’s Markets are open at last.
Farmer markets are a big part of the summer, and more great ones are now open. Last Friday, the fabulous Williams Bay Pierce’s Farmers Market opened. This market is located lakeside in Williams Bay in the beautiful Edgewater Park. The market includes fresh produce, homemade treats, hand-crafted goods, flowers, food, and, of course, all the great people who make this market happen and all those who come to enjoy it. The Lake Geneva Farmers Market has a few weeks under its belt this season, and it’s going great. The market has been a buzz of excitement with all those who have come out to experience another great season.
With these two markets open, you can bet that many more in the area will be doing the same. Saturdays on the Square in downtown Elkhorn are here. This 14-Week Farmer’s Market hosts fresh market, local artisans, bakers, crafters, commercial and nonprofit vendors, open the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and ends the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. The Summer Market opens at 9 am and closes at 1 pm. Vendors are set up on a first-come, first-served basis with plenty of room for all who attend. Find food trucks and a morning workout on the square and get your weekends started right! Bring your produce, your crafts, your commercial products, and your information to share with the Elkhorn Community and our traveling guests! All are welcome to Saturdays on the Square.
