LITTLE GEMS
Richmond, Illinois development.
Marc Bushala, an investor out of Chicago (Rockland Investment Group), purchased the Hunter Golf Course, located just outside of Richmond along Highway 173. The hundred-acre plot is set for development, although Marc has yet to pull or apply for any permits to this date. His idea is to build an attractant and central country-style building (probably housing a serving distillery, as Marc is also partnered with Bob Dillon, yes that Bob Dillon, in coming out with a new brand of bourbon). Marc is planning on building all kinds of low-density housing on the remainder of the land. This is a big step forward for the Richmond community, as Richmond is fast becoming the vital center near the border of Wisconsin that it was in former years.
Have you been getting just awful, misleading, and downright lying political comments in your email from political parties and groups?
How about those that stare with ‘goodbye’ notices, never stop sending or go away. How about outlandish claims that certain members of congress are being kicked out…but they are not. How Trump is being banned from running again in some states, but he’s not. All the political junk is horrid and there only to get money. They all want the same thing; monthly contributions that will never go away and the contributor loses control over once beginning the flow.
Wisconsin is such a vital and pivotal political decider of a state that these crying, begging and phony campaign contribution ads will increase the traffic in email boxes more and more as the coming 2022 elections approach. Learn to mark them as spam without opening. The email scams with respect to banks and credit cards are also on the increase wherein the scammers say they are writing from Chase, PNC, and Bank of America to tell you your account has been suspended until you log in. Don’t ever log in using a box submitted to you by email. Go to the normal online site you usually access your accounts with and check there if in doubt. Read the email address of the sender and you’ll be surprised that the email address is not that of a bank but generally some sort of mixed gibberish.
Be careful out there. If you get a notice that you’ve bought something you haven’t bought, then don’t open that email. Go to where you supposedly bought it online and check there, like Amazon. That’s another favorite today.
