Fall has arrived and so have the fall activities.
Halloween preparations are well underway. Colors are beginning to change both on the trees and in stores as they prepare for the upcoming holiday seasons. A favorite fall past time for many is hiking the lake shore path around Geneva Lake. The air is crisp, temperatures are comfortable, and the colors are stunning. The path offers an up-close view of the splendorous estates surrounding the lake, the amazing fall colors of nature and the crystal-clear waters of the lake. The shoreline is approximately 21 miles, but the path is approximately 26 miles as it weaves and winds its way around the lake in and out of wooded areas through all different types of terrain. Make sure to wear walking shoes and bring water to keep comfortable during the hike.
