SURPRISING STUFF

Parking fines in Lake Geneva have been voted down from fifty dollars per incident to thirty dollars.
One would think that this was a great thing unless close analysis was paid to looking into the change.  There is no change.  The fine is still fifty bucks because the city employees are being instructed to keep charging fifty until the paperwork can be properly written and filed that will follow the city council vote of last Monday night.  The projected date when the fifty bucks is supposed to go down to thirty bucks is set for July 4^th.

What a load of poppycock the city administrator and Mayor Mayor are perpetrating on the public.

There was not so much as a one-day delay when parking fines went from twenty dollars to fifty dollars a few months back, and there was no delay when the hourly rate on weekends and holidays went form two dollars to four dollars either.  These are the kinds of games that politicians play today, for small gains, and then turn to look back at that same public with a straight face and ask ‘what?’ when the public loses all faith and confidence in not only them, these lousy game players, but the system itself.  The entire nation of America is deeply and near-violently divided over this same kind of garbage ‘games’ being played on them all the time.
