Well, is the truth of Joanie the Diner’s vote coming out?
This woman, of the alleged Diner of Questionable Repute over on Wells Street, voted to allow Alliant Power to move to the back hidden edge of the Hillmoor Property last week. That’s the part of the property that basically, only skateboarders and dog owners ever see (The dog park is nearby). That vote was in opposition to the ‘Mother Ship’ orders. The Mother Ship, being captained by Mayor Mayor, while Joanie the Diner wears one of those unfortunate multi-colored uniforms from the first Star Trek, or maybe the anonymous gray costumes of workers employed by Blofeld in one of the 007 features. Those characters didn’t do too well.
Joanie the Diner apparently was confused, or so she is rumored to have said later on. In a sketch worthy of “Who’s on First’ back in the old days, Joanie the Diner never figured out the bases or who was really covering them. There will be a final vote on Hillmoor’s allowance of Alliant, so Joanie the Diner can get it right next time. The Three Stooges will be barred from that meeting.
