LITTLE GEMS

Fall rolls in like a warm day in old mid-summer.
Lake Geneva is a popular destination for viewing the beauty of fall. The peak colors are not expected until the third week of October but that doesn’t mean everyone can’t see the changes already. Lake Geneva is reported to be at 15% developing coloration, so visual vibrancy is in the air. Tulip Poplar trees start changing color early, sometimes near the end of August. Right now, the various types of Maple Trees are starting to change, with brilliant oranges, yellows, and reds. The trees along the lake shore are a demonstration of fall’s beauty and a great view of Autumn’s colors for one and ll to see, for merely taking a free drive or paying a few bucks to Gage Marine to take a great boat ride.

A newly proposed grant could make driver education more accessible in Wisconsin.
Wisconsin lawmakers want to improve driving safety with a proposal to make driver’s education more affordable and accessible for future drivers. The proposal puts $6 million into the Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s pocket to make classes free for students who qualify for free and reduced lunch programs. Before students can get their license when they turn 16, they have to pay $400 to $600 for in-class and behind the wheel lessons. This causes a problem and a real financial roadblock for a lot of families that can barely keep up with the bills they already have, let alone have anything left over for extras. Wisconsin Assembly Representative Bob Donovan is co-sponsoring the bill proposal along with Democratic lawmakers. He said it’s the first step to making Wisconsin roads safer and it’s very likely he’s spot on.

Balance of Nature, Mutual of Omaha life insurance, Medicare Advantage plans, vitamin tablets of almost all kinds, free iPhone 15s, free gifts for anything on the Internet.
These are all legal fakes, every last one of them.  You are being taken.  There are no pills that can replace your vegetables and fruits in a diet.  The ‘Advantage’ plans are purely scams to reduce your coverage and make you give up your Medicare Part B coverage.  Vitamin tablets that are not prescribed are phony.  They don’t have to conform to USDA regulations, so they don’t, and you get a placebo while paying for a sales presentation only.

Apple is not giving away anything, much less its new iPhone 15 products.  Tool companies are not giving away free tools and kits with tools in them.  Your money, your identity, your credit, and more are being legally stolen because the advertising for these fake things on television is legal, approved by the U.S. Supreme Court back in 1977, when the court deemed all advertising on television to be an exercise of freedom of speech. Why does the Geneva Shore Report not get sued for publishing this kind of thing?  Because the best defense against defamation is the truth.  These companies pushing this crap cannot stand in the light of truth…like vampires, which they all are.

Don’t fall for their carnival barker presentations.
