The City of Delavan’s Plan Commission on Monday will discuss a proposed 36-lot residential development on the west side of Lake Lawn Resort’s property.
The agenda item is only a starting point for discussion and no vote will be taken. A proposed 36-lot residential development on the west side of Lake Lawn’s property is being presented to the Plan Commission. This development would be an extension of the current Harbor Club development on the east side of Lake Lawn. Harbor Club has been a successful residential development that continues to attract additional homebuyers to the Delavan area.

The development would be off North Shore Road along the Delavan Lake outlet. The Concept Plan is intended to begin discussions with the plan commission about the project’s proposed land use, density, design, and amenities, as well as the range of requested flexibilities from zoning standards, according to the agenda packet. Following the discussion with the Plan Commission, Lake Lawn developers will likely have a similar conversation with the city of Delavan Common Council.
