Apple season is here.
Pick your own apples, farm treats, and the start of fall fun starts now and goes through the end of October. There are a few good farms and orchards near Lake Geneva to enjoy the season.

Honeycrisp Fest at Royal Oak Farm Orchard in Harvard, Illinois, is only twenty minutes from Lake Geneva. From September 4th to September 13th at Royal Oaks, you can get in on the fun.

One of the local favorites is the Apple Barn Orchard & Winery in Elkhorn, also only twenty minutes from Lake Geneva offers great fall fun. The Apple Barn opens Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Apple season is a great time to spend time with family and friends, pick some apples, and enjoy fall treats like apple cider donuts and caramel apples.
