LITTLE GEMS
The 49th Annual Electric Christmas Parade is this Saturday, December 7th, 2024.
Visit Lake Geneva is proud to present another year of this joyful holiday parade. Every year the community, along with so many visitors, line the streets to watch the one-of-a-kind Christmas parade. The parade route will be closed, as well as parking in this area, starting at 3 p.m. The parade begins at 5 p.m., but be sure to get there early to mark your spot as the parade route fills up quickly. The parade floats start the route at the intersection of Marshall and Williams Street, move down Williams and Broad Street, and turn on Main Street to Cook Street. The parade route will be closed to parking after 3 p.m.
Each float will be a unique magical display of Christmas Joy. The entire downtown is decked out for the holidays and this parade just lights up the town and inspires Christmas spirit in so many. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
The Porch.
This new coffee shop has just stood the town on its head. The genius behind it is Melissa and behind her, the wondrous couple that runs the furniture store called the House that the Porch is part of. The overall company backing everything is called Brick and Mortar, the best place to buy quality stuff for the home in all of Wisconsin. Melissa is not only a showpiece of beauty herself, but the place just glows with every piece of quality hardware imaginable. The only problem at all is that everyone has kind of caught on and the well laid out place can get pretty crowded. Melissa’s staff is also first class, fast and so very nice to everyone.
Person of the Week

Ananda at Overland on Main Street. A total delight working at the store!
