Winter Realms is brought to you by the creators of the Ice Castles. As always, the weather determines when the event opens and how long it runs. Last year the season was drastically shortened since the temperature rose dramatically in late winter. Ice Castles were only open for three days. This year the creators of Winter Realms are hoping to open in the middle of January, and then run through February. Winter Realms is expected to be a winter experience unlike anything offered in this area. Be ready to explore winter attractions including sleigh rides, an ice volcano, igloos, tubing, ice sculptures, ice slides, and more, minus the castle. Meander among snow caverns, tunnels, and an ice throne as you experience a world of winter magic. Delight in a horse-drawn wagon ride along the golf course at Geneva National Resort and Club where you’ll be whisked through tree-lined areas illuminated with glowing lights. Enjoy a beautiful stroll along a pathway awash with colorful lights that unveil a world of magic with every step.
Take European Après-ski culture to the next level with a beer or winter cocktail. Hang at the pub to sip your tasty drink or take it with you on a stroll through the realm. Squeal with delight as you race down one of our exhilarating ice slides designed for people of all ages. Enjoy the classic thrill of cruising down a tubing hill on a snow path groomed for safety, speed, and fun. Explore snow caverns, igloos, ice sculptures and a magnificent ice throne.
