LITTLE  GEMS

The Lake Geneva Business Improvement District (BID) had some unexpected but adorable guest speakers at their meeting last week.
Ryne, Benjamin, and Anneliese Rohde proposed to host a lemonade crawl throughout downtown Lake Geneva. It seems they are missing the cocoa crawl as much as the rest of us and that’s how they came up with the idea for a summer version of the ‘cocoa crawl.’ The three siblings spoke during public comments to share their vision with the BID board who welcomed the idea and offered to fully support the Rohde siblings.

The concept is to onboard local businesses to prepare their favorite lemonade recipes and provide samples for guests to try and vote for their favorite. The top three businesses with the most votes will win a prize. The siblings offered to reach out to the businesses and make signs to promote the event while working alongside the BID. The crawl will be held on National Lemonade Day on Tuesday, August 20th.
