Another iconic business is for sale on Broad Street in downtown Lake Geneva.
Hogs & Kisses located at 149 Broad Street. This a popular spot for visitors and locals, offering years of dancing, drinking, and eating. The building was built in 1968 and still has a lot of its historic charm. The coffered ceilings, stained glass, wood carvings and trim make the place special. The sale price is not bad at 2.9 million, as it is a turnkey business, with a longstanding client base, and a prime location.
With the abandoned Pacific Southwest, with its much-needed repairs done, and the new business that took over open for business, the recent sale and purchase of Fat Cats across the street set for renovations and reopening under new ownership, Broad Street is changing.

This highly educated woman, vastly experienced and currently sitting in multiple positions in the functioning of the current city government is running against the ‘Parking Head,’ otherwise known as Rich Hedlund. She’s against the parking mess that Hedlund helped create and fixing it. She’s for the quiet qualitative improvement of the ‘jungle’ that Hillmoor has become, without encouraging or approving any outrageous or hyper-expensive projects.
Vote April 4, 2023: Spring Election for this woman, as she’s the best candidate to come along in quite some time.
