Little Gems

There have been some updates to COVID-19 testing in Walworth County.
The testing site, formerly at Lakeland Church, has moved to the Walworth County Fairgrounds. The entrance is at the north gate off Highway 11. Everyone can get tested on Tuesdays starting at 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The University of Whitewater also has free testing for community members, Monday through Friday, located at the Kris Russell Volleyball Arena.

Testing starts at 10 a.m. and goes to 6 p.m. This is a rapid antigen test (nasal swab) with results in fifteen minutes. Space is available for people to safely distance while they wait for their test results. Pre-registration is required to reserve a time at doineedacovid19test.com. Free parking is offered at lots 7 and 9 on Warhawk Drive.

Drink Wisconsinbly.
This new business is located at 223 Cook Street, Lake Geneva. This new business is different than any other in Lake Geneva’s downtown.  It opened a little over two weeks ago. Drink Wisconsinbly is unofficially the official lifestyle brand of Wisconsin. This wonderful fun retail shop has a wide variety of knickknacks, drinkware, and apparel. This fun store opened its first shop recently in Milwaukee’s Deer District and it thrived. The second store opened shortly after in Sister Bay Door County, and the third right here in Lake Geneva. Visitors to Lake Geneva, as well as locals, are sure to get a kick out of this fun little shop.
