LITTLE GEMS

The Lake Geneva Public Library has great events coming in the future months.
The Lake Geneva Public Library and Juxtapose Photography are collaborating to provide families with a complimentary professional photo session at Library Park. Each session will last for 5-10 minutes. Every family will receive one free digital photo via email. Registration is necessary as space is limited. To register, kindly email Wendy at wfinley@lglibrary.orgThose in search of a winter coat or Halloween costume can do so for free at the library. This is a wonderful event because children outgrow their clothes so quickly. They also only wear their costumes a handful of times.

Pick out a brand-new winter coat and a book to keep! The Rotary Club of Lake Geneva and the Friends of the Lake Geneva Public Library are sponsoring free winter coats and books for children and teens. Pick out your coat between 10:00 Am and 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 19, or Saturday, November 16.  No documentation is required to receive free items. Youth and adult costumes will also be available for free in the library lobby on October 16.

The first day of school is here, as Labor Day weekend ends.
Get ready for a drastic decrease (with some relief) in the tourist onslaught in the City of Lake Geneva and also the surrounding communities, not to mention the traffic on all roads around the lake.
