LIVING HERE

The newly renovated Riviera has one open space available for rent.
This is a rare and unique opportunity as spaces don’t open often. The mystery of this space is there because Mayor Mayor and Joanie the Diner allegedly don’t want the previous renter back, she’s been renting there for decades!

Was there a disagreement? Is there some sort of secret blood feud? The City of Lake Geneva is accepting proposals for prospective businesses that can bring a unique experience to customers visiting the Riviera. The city strongly encourages businesses that differ in nature from the current mix of tenants to apply or at least it says that and openly advertises it. The unit available is unit ‘F’ and offers 512 square feet of space.

Proposals will be accepted and considered until spaces are leased.

Balance of Nature products have been pulled.
You might still see the ads, but they can no longer sell the phony ‘fruit or vegetable shrunk down to a pill’ kind of product.  They are now selling beet pills that are supposed to do something special but do nothing at all, as there’s no law against selling phony products in America, even medically related, that don’t harm the buyers.  They can, however, quite legally do nothing.

How about the “Advantage” plans that replace Part B in your Medicare Plan?  They have more ads this season than Balance of Nature ever thought of running.  These predatory medical companies, and you see them advertising in these ads all the time, are profit-making companies of monstrous proportions.  That’s how they afford the ads.  Their sales pitch is that we give you more benefits for less.   Use your head.

The Medicare program for aging citizens pays out all of its revenue in claims and expenses. Tall of it and then some. How can a private company come in, replace your coverage, and then offer even more services for less money?  They can’t.  Don’t buy into it.  This scam will eventually go down as one of the most horrible and expensive for the public of all time, but you don’t have to play.

Keep your Medicare Part B.  It’s precious, real, and under attack.
