LIVING HERE
Arriving at the balance between inner peace and external gratification.
Pam Wilkinson (of Yo!go Stretch) has found a way, using the techniques and results of intense yoga psychology and physicality to meld the nature we all must live in and understand while ‘floating’ above to ‘look down’ and effect that world of our nature below and around us. Her work, in Lake Geneva, primarily directed toward military veterans at no charge, has caused her to begin a unique practice of accommodation and association, instilling in these vets a sense of belonging and coherence which they’ve never truly experienced before.
The rigidity of military training, experience and even war begins melting away as these vets become ever more adept at surrendering back into a living coherence which most of them have not realized they’ve never really had. Pam is in search of offering her training and therapeutic counseling services to more local veterans while also seeking benefactors who might also participate in this training while funding the pursuit so Pam can reach out to geographically distant locations where her work might reach many more and her acceptance and focus change the very core of much of the coldly calculating harshness many have come to see the planet as being inescapably a locus for entrapment and chained disharmony.
Some might see that real true and deep breathing, stretching and meditation are only mythical constructs of lost eastern philosophies and religions, only now coming to understand that those old, barely recognized, practices have intense, immediate, and life-changing capabilities in their own lives. Pam is fully cognizant of and able to share the fact that change is not necessarily to be feared or required, but rather a disassembly from current mental and physical practices that have, until encountering Pam and her teaching, been impediments to any kind of development.
