THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL
The question for consideration is: “how to distinguish the line between regular people and this growing aristocracy?” The aristocracy has only a few glaring characteristics to give it away:
The new American aristocrats are accusable but not punishable. The new American aristocrats are defended no matter what conduct they might commit or proven lies they might tell and then retell with immunity. This is the crew we’re talking about today. They don’t wear the weird gargoyle-like finery of the French aristocrats before the French Revolution to give them away. The men wear Saville Row suits of very expensive and quiet class while the women wear classy Hermes and such.
Who are some of these new aristocrats that stick out? The whole Trump clan, of course. The entire membership of the Supreme Court. Most of the membership of the Congress and the Senate. The top members of the intelligence and enforcement agencies (yes, the Secret Service too). High big company executives. The obvious billionaires are right in there, from Musk to Bezos, Soros, and many more.
In Great Britain, the aristocratic class was immune from arrest or prosecution for hundreds of years, until modern times. In fact, going against any one of them back then got the opponent arrested, jailed, and quite likely executed. These are more gentle times. The French executed the entire aristocratic class, those they could find, using the guillotine. The Scarlet Pimpernel is a great book written by a woman about one fictional aristocrat who tried to whisk many of his compatriots out of the country. The high working class that exists to serve the aristocrats gives every appearance of opposing them and serving the people, but that is not the reality. In fact, the pursuit of aristocratic wrongdoing remains just that, deliberately. The pursuit never ends in anything of substance. Trump, his family, minions, and more. All the aristocrats are ‘functionally immune’ and you are getting to watch this play out in America on televisions across the land right this very minute. It was not always this way in the USA, but it is now.
However, as an anthropologist of some substance and study, I can tell you what eventually happens to the society led by such creatures. Ruin. What happens to the aristocrats? They all eventually heard the sound of a thumping in the distance and come to wonder why they are being taken toward it. Inexorable historical progression. Where are they? Look for private jet owners and passengers. Look for those in the cities riding in limos. Look all over the Hamptons and along the Atlantic Ocean coast of the east. You’ll figure it out, not that you’ll be able to do anything about it…yet.
The Secret Service reveals itself as being a part of this new American aristocracy, which rarely happens. The Secret Service Presidential detail, the (supposedly) most honored and coveted group which thousands of federal agents would give anything to be a part of, must be dismissed. All of them. They can go be federal agents somewhere else. They violated their honor and that of the White House and the American Public, and they are now lying about it. They covered for the January 6th attempted overthrow of the government and they are hiding that fact, and if they didn’t really…well, too bad. They deleted vital communications from only two days of their existence and one of them was the stuff from the 6th. They are to be fired. All of them. Out of there. There will be no retrieving those messages, which would not have been deleted if they would not indict the agents and Trump himself.
The vaunted Secret Service? Well, go back to John Kennedy and the autopsy photos that were released and are still online out here somewhere. The bullet hole in the back of Kennedy’s head, the posterior photo. Yes, it’s gory and awful but take a look. Note the hole itself. Look at the measuring instrument running up and down the photo. Now transpose the center of that hole, the dark part that is the penetration of the bone and you will discover something interesting. That hole is approximately, nearly exactly, 5.5 millimeters in diameter. At the time of Kennedy’s death, the Stoner weapons company had started producing an experimental Stoner Weapons System of automatic rifles in that caliber. Nobody else was producing anything the size of a bullet. Stoner was trying to sell the system to the US government military. Note right now that they are successful, as this system was converted to become the M-16 series of assault weapons used first in Vietnam and then everywhere on earth.
The Secret Service in D.C. was given the weapons system to test because the service enjoyed not only an outstanding firing range but also a close association with the president and other vitally important decision-makers. Nobody else had this system on that day in Dallas. Nobody. How is it that Kennedy ended up with a 5.6 mm hole in the back of his head instead of the 7.6 mm rounds Oswald is supposed to have fired? Pretty damned big difference. So much for the loyalty and honor of the Secret Service. That service has been right-wing for a long time, as it once again proves. And it’s so powerful that it doesn’t give a tinker’s damn about any ramifications of being caught deleting those texts…or anything else. Remember, they are called the Secret Service, not the loyal service. Semper Fidelis is the Marine Corps Motto (always faithful). The S.S. is “worthy of trust and confidence.” I rest my case.
Since the Secret Service is aristocratic, it is the perfect outfit to use as a graphic example here. Observe. Watch the pursuit. Wait. Then, after a good bit of time, watch the result. The result, if this aristocratic construct of opinion holds true, will be…nothing. Never fail to forget whom the Scarlet Pimpernel was saving and whom he was saving them from. The aristocrats were all being saved, ‘justifiably and rightfully,’ from the people they had violated so harshly and for so long. Really?
