GEHEIME
The German word for secret is geheime. The full name of the secret police created with great funding well before the start of the Second World War was Geheime Staatspolizei. The secret state police, also introduced just before that horrendous war, came to be known as the Gestapo. Today, we have the new funding that’s been instituted to initiate a new American secret police.
They are called ICE agents right now, although they may pick up another name once they truly begin to hurt and terrorize the citizenry. The nation sees and hears about the passage of this new bill, concentrating almost exclusively on the cutting of Medicaid benefits to the disabled, poor, and aged, plus somehow acting patriotic and singing such songs for the holiday. The population missed the secret police funding in the new bill.
The creation of this new Gestapo is fully underway. Provided in this new ‘Congressional Bill From Hell’ is the allocation of 150 billion to fund the vast expansion of the ICE force, suitably named. ‘Cold as the driven snow’ is a perfect phrase to add. This new national police force will be federal and in all states. The members will have protected and hidden identities, wear masks, and do whatever they’re told to do. Meanwhile, the leadership is researching how to denaturalize those citizens who’ve gone through that lengthy and difficult process to become supposedly full-blown citizens.
Not so fast. The nation’s leader is also talking about deporting regular citizens who disagree with him. He’s talking about deporting those with birthright citizenship…and that’s almost all citizens, by the way. You might wonder how the leadership will get young men and women to do the job like was done in Germany with the SS, the Gestapo, and the concentration camp guards. They found those who wanted to be protected to be highly paid, and also those whose morality was weak. There was no end to those volunteering to isolate, incarcerate, torture, and kill fellow citizens and others.
The news media did not cover any of this, nor much of the other stuff the nearly one-thousand-page document described in detail. Congressional oversight of executive orders ended with the signing of this bill, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives attended that signing to hand over his gavel to the president. It does not take much more than a moron to realize that this is new territory for any U.S. Congress.
The new Gestapo will be covering their faces and hiding all their identity when they come for the people they are certainly going to come for, and have already begun. The Jews were a group of humans targeted before and during World War II and dehumanized to the point where people volunteered endlessly to work in the concentration camps, gassing them while holding holiday parties regularly.
The new Jewish target group is not Jewish. It’s migrants, naturalized citizens who disagree with the leadership, citizens born in the USA but now being denied citizenship guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. Due process is still being argued over, as those groups of people should not have it. The Supreme Court not only decided to allow the nation’s leadership to ship this class of people to El Salvador and other prisons in awful third-world countries, where they can be tortured and killed without the U.S. being either informed or able to do anything about it.
The Germans ran their death camps, but the U.S. leadership is going to be much more circumspect about using foreign prisons for that purpose. A week ago, the leader of the country mentioned in Iowa at this speech for the 4th of July that he hates democrats and can’t stand them. He also mentioned, when questioned, that he would see no problem deporting regular American citizens if it suited him. How is all this frightening, awful stuff being laid down at the very feet of the American public, and it being either missed, overlooked, misunderstood, or gone along with? When the republican party sold out to the billionaires, it took the republican owned mass media right along with it.
The people currently leading the country no longer read history or listen to historians, or they might just possibly figure out what happens if the conduct that’s being implemented and soon to come about for the entire country will only have one end. Authoritarian countries all end up the same way, and it’s not pleasant for the people who act like the country’s leaders are acting right now. America’s only protection at all is likely to become the 500,000,000 weapons the republicans, for the most idiotic self-damaging reasons, allowed the citizenry to buy and currently possess. It may become the obligation for all still free citizens to ensure that the career of an ICE or ‘Gestapo’ agent becomes the most dangerous occupation on earth.
