OUR PLACE
There exists the potential for development at Geneva Square.
This includes commercial space for two units, one possibly being considered for a coffee shop. A conceptual review of a proposed development by Geneva Square. The developers who currently own the Geneva Square property have space for a little more development. The developers are out of Evanston Illinois but spend time at the property to keep up with regular maintenance and look for ways to improve the aesthetics for the locals.
The space looking to be developed is near Claw’s and if approved will have two commercial units with one already designated to be a coffee shop. The developers believe the additional units will enhance what is already there and will add convenience to the patrons of the other businesses on the property. If all goes well and the city council approves the project Lake Geneva will have another coffee shop to enjoy. There are a few steps and approvals to go before this is a done deal. The conceptual review, GDP, and PPI need to be approved before any work starts.
