OUR PLACE

The Lemonade Crawl is back and is set for Wednesday, August 20th from 3 p.m. through 6 p.m.
Twenty-five downtown businesses will be offering lemonade treats, including different lemonades and lemon-themed treats. The businesses will also be offering different promotions and discounts. This event began last year when the Rohde family presented the idea to the BID. The Rohde kids pitched the idea, and it was received well.

The BID members were on board and partnered with the family. Participants will receive a souvenir bag, a lemonade drinking cup, and a passport of savings. Adults attending the event are ticketed at $5, and children under twelve are free. The lemonade crawl has become a very popular event, leaving the co-creators, the Rohde family, with a fabulous legacy. This year Venetian Fest will be in full swing, so hang in town a little longer and attend the event. This is a great end-of-summer event; don’t miss out and book your spot today at downtownlakegeneva.org/lemonadecrawl.

Summer is winding down, and it’s time to think about the upcoming school year.
Badger High School and Lake Geneva Joint #1 Schools require an online registration process each year. Online registration has been available for returning students of Lake Geneva Schools since August 1st. Badger and the Joint #1 Schools require online enrollment. The online portion of registration helps streamline the tasks of schedules, fees, and any other forms needed. Having done all this over time makes the August open house event, which is held annually, more seamless.

Any questions about the registration process can be answered at the district office at 262-348-1000. School supply lists are available online.
