OUR PLACE
Lake Geneva is now without a city administrator.
In need of help finding one soon, a city administer recruitment proposal with GovHR/MGT was discussed and voted on at the city council meeting, and with a unanimous vote GovHR/MGT will be providing the services related to an interim city administrator and with the selection of a permanent city administrator.
The Personnel Committee and Finance, License, and Regulation Committee looked at the details of this company and the services it will offer very closely and sent it to the city council for approval. At last week’s city council meeting, it was given final approval. The firm was founded in 1974 and its headquarters are in Tampa Florida but have over six hundred consultants across the country.
GHR/MGT consultants have worked in all areas and departments of local government leadership and are all about advancing and lifting the communities they serve. All the different committees that voted on this firm and its proposal were pleased with its success rate and very pleased with its commitment to communicate with the city during every step of the city administrator hiring process.
