Lake Geneva is about to get another coffee shop.
Located in the Geneva Square Shopping Center. This is the first in this part of town, and those who have experienced Summer Moon say it’s going to be a great addition to the city. Summer Moon Grand Opening Saturday, July 19th, 7 a.m. until 12 p.m. Summer Moon has twenty-five locations across the nation. The Summer Moon Company offers hand-roasted coffee and exceptional experiences.
There will be free oak-roasted coffee and moon milk samples, swag, giveaways, and more. There is also a chance for all who come to win a golden ticket, which means free coffee for a year. Come celebrate this wonderful new coffee shop located at 80 East Geneva Square in Lake Geneva, WI.
What’s going on in Hebron, the coming community of note to the south?
The deadline for submission of applications for the position of police chief is the 10th of July. Juanita, the current outstanding temporary chief, has her entry submitted, and the Geneva Shore Report will be waiting for the selection committee’s recommendation when that is made. She’s so outstanding and would fit in like a great exclamation point among the other well-formed and well-respected police agencies around the Geneva Lake area.
Lake Geneva has a fabulous chief, along with the chiefs of Fontana, Williams Bay, and the Town of Linn. The GSR can only study and recommend, however, which it does not always do, but this woman is so outstanding that there seemed there be no real choice to make. On another positive note, the two brothers, John and Steve, who run the very successful Trump store in town, have decided to take down their Confederate flag sign now, which has been posted right at the apex of where Highway 47 and 173 cross. They are not racists and did not put up the sign for that reason, but did come to see that others might view them the wrong way. Two responsible and important men, even if their political views are a little right of the GSR’s editorial staff.
