SURPRISING STUFF
The fall color peak is over, and the Holiday season has officially begun for many.
Some think of the first of November being the start of the holiday. Thanksgiving is just over two weeks away. With that holiday decorations starting to become visible. This also means that Lake Geneva will be decked out very soon.
The Geneva Lake Museum is getting ready for the season and will kick it off with its 6th Annual Parade of Trees. This is a fun community event that many plan for all year long. Over forty different businesses, organizations, and/or individuals will be decorating beautifully uniquely themed Christmas trees. The parade of trees will be displayed along old Main Street inside the Museum. Spectators can walk the street of old and enjoy all the trees. The time and effort put into this display are very appreciated by all who attend. Of course, the trees are judged, and the winners enjoy the bragging rights that come with that. The trees will be on display and open to the public starting on November 23, 2024, and running through January 5, 2025.
