NFL fans can’t believe the low asking price for the house across the street from Lambeau Field.
A Zillow listing advertises a four-bedroom, two-bath home with a hot tub and in-ground pool across the street from Lambeau Field for $699,900. Location is everything in real estate and the asking price seems relatively reasonable considering the coveted location. After all homes near Stadium Drive and Shadow Lane, the streets closest to the iconic venue–were spiking in value.

Although the cost still might be a bit over budget for some potential buyers, it’s not every day that fans get to watch tailgating shenanigans and hear the roar of the Packers crowd from their front yard. What football fanatic and Packer fan wouldn’t enjoy experiencing every home game from the comfort of their own home? NFL fans were intrigued by the idea of owning a home so close to one of the league’s most infamous fields.
