THE BRIGHT SIDE

The former president of the country was almost, apparently, killed by an assassin on Saturday at a rally in Pennsylvania. What’s right about the video evidence and the story as we move into the early days after the event?  What is right is that the attempt failed, if it was a real attempt.  What would cause questions about that to be asked?

1. The bullet could not have been photographed but is purported to be evidence of the former being hit in his right ear.

2. The kid was 20 and a registered Republican and known right-wing enthusiast.

3. The rooftop only 148 yards distant was unguarded and not surveilled.

4.  The Secret Service stood the target up and marched him to the distant armored car which should never have happened in that level of security world (the target is kept down and hustled along the ground to prevent targeting by another shooter).

5. The supposed shooter was seen on the roof by spectators and his position with a rifle was discussed (no security responded to these warnings given by those spectators.

6.  Early reports are all about rapid confirmation that the kid was a lone assassin, the preferred assassin in almost all assassination scenarios.

7.  The former is up, around, and raring to attend and speak at the RNC meeting in Milwaukee with only a small bandage over his right ear as any evidence he was hit in the head (however marginally) by a high-powered bullet fired from only 148 yards away, although even an ear injury would likely cause much more trauma to be transmitted to the target’s cranium.

What really happened? What happened to JFK and RFK?  We’ll never know, just as the public will likely never know in this case.  The public in and across America is governed, led, and informed in a very limited way…it is not entitled, other than to those qualified for Social Security and Medicare.
