Who’s doing what around town, and why does that create misunderstandings following a giant storm like the one the Lake Geneva just experienced?
The communities around the lake are filled with workers, but do not get angry if those workers are not working on things you think everyone should be.  The county is supervising road construction in several areas.  Private contractors are hired to work on the roads, excavating and installing.  Private workers are working on private property damaged by the storm.  Meanwhile, the city workers are working to clean up the mess.

One cannot expect that everyone employed and paid is to drop everything to participate in the cleanup unless it is a true emergency, and that came and went in quite a hurry.  All those workers wear the same yellow jackets for safety, so they look kind of alike.  Relax, breathe in and out easily and often, and go about your own business.
