Swan Creek Supper Club, is a $3 million, 8,000-square-foot project by restaurateur David Scotney.
Approved by the city council in July 2026, the Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired supper club is targeted to open around fall 2027 on a 5-acre wooded parcel near County Highway H and Center Street. The building will consist of a main dining room, a central bar, and two private banquet rooms. There will also be parking for 100 vehicles. Scotney will also preserve the natural landscape. The preliminary civil plans show that approximately 75% of the property remains green space. The proposed building, parking, and paved areas are concentrated on roughly 25% of the site.

Emergency access has been incorporated into the site planning process. The preliminary plans identify an emergency-access-only connection to Center Street, subject to required approvals from the appropriate agencies and jurisdictions. This access is intended for emergency response and life-safety planning, not regular customer traffic. The city conditional use permit was secured in July 2026; site construction is anticipated to begin heading into winter 2026 or 2027.
