LITTLE GEMS

The seasons are changing. Fall is here, and the beautiful weather is making the season very easy to enjoy. Lake Geneva is just about to start with its fall colors. Fall colors are going to really start showing up and are expected to peak in the last week of October. The wonderful Geneva Lake offers so many great ways to enjoy the vibrant colors. Looking out across the lake gives a splendid view of all the different colors and shades of autumn. The lake also has the best walking path that goes around the lake and has some of the most beautiful old trees along the shore that display the colors well.

Get out and enjoy the colors before the leaves all fall and the cold weather really sets in. No matter where you go around the lake to soak in the beauty, you are sure to be pleased.  Monday through Wednesday, publishing day for the GSR, the temperatures ranged from the high forties at night to upper sixties to 71 or 72 in the daytime.  That’s a big change following the terrifically hot and unpredictable weather of moisture and storms of this last summer.
