The Bright Side

It’s time again for Women’s Weekend in Lake Geneva.
This year’s partner is Side by Side, the great local charity. Festivities start April 26th and go through April 28th. Registration is on Friday at Harbor Shores from 1:00-5:00 pm. Included with the registration is a kick-off party Friday night at the Riviera. This year’s theme is “Dancing through the Decades.” Saturday begins an exciting day with lots of fun activities to choose from! There will be cardio classes, an escape room, cake decorating classes, cocktail cruise, dinner at simple, Joy of Aromatherapy, and the Bonkerz Live Comedy Show featuring Sally Edwards, all of which are available for an additional cost. On Sunday, anyone can purchase brunch at the Red Geranium. Many other businesses will also be offering specials throughout the weekend.

Mia Faccia, that most wondrous of Geneva Lake spa is changing locations!
The business center at Geneva National is growing. The current building going up is already sold and will be the new home of the terrific Mia Faccia Salon. Mia Faccia is currently located in downtown Lake Geneva on Broad Street but will be moving to Geneva National’s new building in late May 2019. The new location will expand the salon, and create a more luxurious feel for all clients. Also, they will be adding a boutique to the salon. Mia Faccia is excited about the move, as are almost every single one of their loyal clients. The build-out at Geneva National does not end there. As soon as this first building is complete, six more will be going up. Lowell Custom Homes is the award-winning developer with a great crew doing the work.
