MJ rules!
The police department in Lake Geneva has applied for and been approved for, a grant from the city to build an evidence-building where all evidence from crimes, or even civil actions, can be stored.  That was a good decision on the part of the council.  Nowhere in the discussions about why the police should no longer store their evidence in the municipal building basement ever mentioned the real problem.

The department had come to store so much marijuana that almost anyone could walk into the building on an early morning summer day, inhale deeply, and damn near get high.  Now, once the new facility is built, visitors will have to go there to ‘inspect the evidence’ for any case.

Meanwhile, go to the municipal building and sniff around.  You may be quite surprised.
